Building something?

If the plan is wrong, or the app did something odd, tell us what you asked for and what you got. The name of a saved plan helps. A link to a shared plan helps most.

Working in the trade?

If you are a builder, a supplier, or a lumber yard, or you want to license the engine or put it in front of customers, write to the same address and say who you are. We answer.

About your data

From your profile in the builder, you can export everything we hold under your account, or delete the account and all of it. If you'd rather we did it, or something needs correcting, write from the email address you signed in with. We do it within a reasonable time.
